Mindful Balance & Restorative Movement
These private, individualized sessions are delivered online via Zoom and are designed for those seeking a deeper balance between life's demands and their physical well-being. Whether you're an active individual needing restorative recovery or living with chronic pain and seeking a gentle, effective approach, I create a soothing wellness journey that meets you where you are.
Each session is a personalized 60-minute blend of mindfulness meditation, the deep rest of yoga nidra, gentle hatha yoga, self myofascial release, corrective exercise, and supportive Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) lifestyle insights such as 5 Element food therapy and tips to live in harmony with the seasons. My goal is to empower you to move with greater ease, self-regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a calmer, more resilient mind and body, all from the comfort of your home.
Rate: $95 per 60-minute session
